Your workshop is not a cloud telemetry feed.

ToolLedger stores tool records, values, photographs, borrower history and maintenance notes locally in an encrypted catalog on your Mac.

Encrypted catalog

Catalog data and embedded photos are sealed using AES-GCM. The encryption key is stored through macOS Keychain and is not sent to Shipmac.

Borrower records

Borrower names and checkout history remain on your Mac. The first release has no team accounts, employee tracking or hosted loan service.

QR labels and exports

QR images and portable reports are generated locally only when you choose to export them.

Website logs

This website may retain standard server request logs for security and reliability, including IP address, browser type and requested path. Personal information is not sold.
